Jake celebrated his first birthday with a little party at grandma & grandpa Holt's. He was so funny laying upside down on the couch. I love this picture but I think that he looks so old - it makes me sad. I tell him every day to stop growing up. he doesn't seem to listen just like the other cute kids I have!!
